Commercial Lines |
| Commercial Automobile- A policy designed to insure vehicles used in business or commercial operations. This usually includes Automobile Liability, Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Coverage, Personal Injury Protection, Medical Expense, and Physical Damage coverage.
Other Commercial Automobile Coverages- Hired Auto Liability-covers liability for the use of hired automobiles in your business. Non-Owned Auto Liability-covers liability for the use of non-owned automobiles in your business. An example would be an employee using his/her own car on an errand for you.
Commerical TruckCargo Insurance- Protects the shipper of goods against financial loss if the goods are damaged or lost.
Non-Trucking Liability- This coverage is invaluable to truckers because it covers them even when they are off the clock. When a trucker is under permanent lease to a motor carrier and not driving under dispatch, NTL provides insurance coverage for the trucker with no radius restrictions. It can pay for medical and associated expenses for injuries or even death that a trucker may cause to other people or for any damage caused to other peoples' property.

| Workers' Compensation- Liability insurance requiring certain employers to pay benefits and furnish medical care to employees for on-the-job injuries, and to pay benefits to dependents of employees killed by occupational accidents. (Job Connected Disabilities).
Disability Insurance Policy- Provides payment of cash benefits to employees who become disabled because of injuries or sicknesses which have no connection with their employment. (Off the job injury, sickness and for disabilities arising from pregnancy). |
| Commercial Lines Insurance - Insurance for business, organizations, institutions, governmental agencies, and other commercial establishments.
Commerical Package Policy (CPP) - A commercial Policy that can be designed to meet the specific insurance needs of business firms. Property & Libaility coverage forms are combined to form a single history.
Commercial Propery Insurance - Insurance providing financial protection against the loss of, or damage to, comemrcial property by such perils as fire, theft, windstorm, hail, explosion, riot, aircraft, motorvehicles, vandalism, malicious mischief, riot and civil commotion, and smoke.
Inland Marine Insurance - A broad type of insurance, generally covering articles that may be transported from one place to abother, as well as bridges, tunnels, and other means of transportation. It includes goods in transit as well as numerous "floater" policies such as personal effects, personal property, jewelry, furs, fine arts, and other items such as contractors equipment.
Commercial General Liability Policy (CGL)- Coverage designed to provide protection for : Premises Operations- this portion of the policy provides for payment on behalf of all sums he or shebecomes liable to pay, resulting from bodily injury and/or property damage caused by an insured periland rising out of the ownership, maintenance, or use of premises and operations in progress. Theoperations portion covers operations in progress and is intended for situations where yourprincipal business operations are performed away from your premises.
Completed Operations- This portion of liability insurance provides for possibleliability for bodily injury and/or property damage after work is complete and the insuredhas left the job site.
Liquor Liability Insurance- Coverage designed to protect an individual or entity for bodily injury or property damage to another for which an Insured may be held liable by reason of causing or contributing to the intoxication of any person; furnishing alcoholic beverages to a person under the legal drinking age or under the influence of alcohol; or violating any statute, ordinance, or regulation relating to the sale, gift, distribution, or use of alcoholic beverages.Directors & Officers

Personal Lines |
| Homeowners Insurance- Coverage for your place of residence and its associated financial risks. Insurance to pay for losses of personal or real property and for losses resulting from perils specified in the insurance contract.
Personal Articles Floater- A form of coverage designed to meet the needs for insurance on moveable property. The coverage usually protects against all physical loss, subject to specific exclusions and conditions. Examples of property that can be covered include jewelry, furs, silverware, and fine arts.
Fire Insurance- Coverage designed to protect against losses caused by fire and lightning, plus resultant damage caused by smoke and water. Renters Insurance- A policy that includes coverage similar to a homeowners policy to cover the personal property of a renter or tenant in a building.
Landlord Policy- Coverage for a building owner that rents their building to tenants. This policy insures the building rented to others for the value of the building. It usually includes Owners, Landlord, & Tenant Liability and can include coverage for Loss of Rents due to a loss.
Builders Risk Insurance- Indemnifies for loss of or damage to a building under construction. Insurance is normally written for a specified amount on the building and applies only in the course of construction. Coverage includes fire and extended coverage and vandalism and malicious mischief. May also include coverage for items in transit to the construction site (up to a certain percentage of value) and items stored at the site. |
| Automobile Liability- Coverage designed to provide protection for the insured against financial loss because of legal liability for auto related injuries to others or damage to their property. Automobile
Physical Damage- Coverage to pay for damage to ro loss of an insured automobile resulting from collision, fire, theft, or other perils.
Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Coverage- A form of insurance that pays the policyholder and passengers for bodily injury caused by the owner or operator of an uninsured or inadequately insured automobile.
Personal Injury- First-party no-fault coverage in an Automobile Insurance Policy in which an insurer pays, within the specified limits, the wage loss, medical hospital and funeral expenses of the insured.
Towing- It provides coverage for emergency road service (at the scene) and towing up to the limits shown on the policy.
Rental Reimbursement- Rental reimbursement coverage is typically part of an auto insurance policy's comprehensive or collision coverage. This auto insurance add-on can cost a policyholder between $20 and $60 every six months, depending on the level of coverage selected. The level of rental reimbursement coverage is set as a limit per day plus a maximum amount. For example, 30/900 rental reimbursement coverage would provide the policyholder with $30 reimbursement per day, with a maximum of $900 for the total duration of the car repair. |
| Boat/Personal Watercraft Policy- A policy for boat owners that combines physical damage insurance, medical expense insurance, and boat liability insurance.
Recreational Vehicle Insurance (ATV's, Motorcycles, Snowmobiles)- A policy for recreational vehicle owners that combines physical damage insurance to cover your recreational vehicle resulting from collision, fire, theft, or other perils. This policy also includes liability to protect the insured against financial loss because of legal liability for recreational vehicle related injuries to others or damage to their property. |
| Personal Umbrella- Coverage designed to protect for losses in excess of amounts covered by other Liability Insurance Policies; in some cases, may also protect the Insured not covered by the usual Liability Policies. Thistype of liability Insurance provides excess liability protection.
